Description
A short walk on a beautiful back road late in the day, I came upon this scene. A fine old Oak, backlit, and some green grass.
The underlying theme of this series is "oaks and lakes" so of course, I included water in the background.
To add interest to the foreground, I added my neighbor's geese. The painting seems to have a luminous quality, an attribute I admire.
