Une Femme

AA220927-UneF

A complete woman, “Une Femme” self-sufficient, a whole universe.

One enters the painting from the bottom where the Lions Deleo aspect stand as gatekeepers telepathically reading the intentions of the approaching person. They are symbols of strength and endurance.

The Lions, temple and Gothic cathedral windows represent three lower Chakras; power, sensation and security. In addition, the Alhambra temple indicates not only the sacredness of the womb, but also the continuous practice of established religions, to use sexuality as a means of domination and exploitation. The same idea is expressed by the Gothic cathedral windows which represent the ovaries.

The prisms that the Lions hold in their claws symbolizes the analytical mind. Significantly the prism points to the entrance of the holy temple. No one can enter this temple unless they have gone through scrutinizing analysis. Thus, the prism connects intellect with emotions.

The round dome (the omphalos, the navel of the world) is shown at the hare (solar plexus) as the center power station.

One passes through the fire of purification to rise to a higher heart chakra represented by the green Emerald aglow with the fire of love. From here the route is open to cosmic consciousness.

At the throat chakra we find a Greek temple symbol of western culture of its sculptural art, drama and poetry.

Above it is the great pyramid of Egypt, the epitome of all our mathematical knowledge about the cosmos-knowledge once lost but now rediscovered by the scientists.  The the pyramid is also the computer and crystal we all bear within that enables us to tap into the cosmic ocean of consciousness unseen and luminous.

The hands and arms indicate the paths to truth. The hands are covered by mazes indicating learning as a trial and error process. There are two paths to the top; the Golden Yang is tougher more adventurous. The silver Yin is slower and safer, step-by-step both lead up.

This painting can be read as a map and itinerary through the different stages of evolution of consciousness.

Egyptian Enigma

AA220907-EEnigma

space-tThrough a civilization whose primary orientation was mystical, whose art forms were exquisite, whose culture was unique inter dimensionality crosses all borders timeless mystery is revealed, gateways to super consciousness are opened.

~Andrew Annenberg

As the sun sets on an ancient time, Egyptian Enigma represents a coalescence of past present and future. From the center of the world the temple of time emerges energizing the sacred structures of ancient Egypt, the greatest of megalithic culture of the world.

No other culture has inspired more art forms or encouraged the evolution of the soul. a prime focus for this civilization was to bring about fourth dimensional consciousness through environments of stars in the spheric force fields useful believed for lifting mortal man out of his all-too mortal mire.

Arguably, Egypt is the pinnacle of what may have been an even greater civilization Atlantis. Today we are just beginning to recognize the magnitude of expanded realities brought forth at the time of Egypt’s greatness.

With this work I am bringing together components of architectural archaeological and mythological elements into a Mandella like composition. These symbolic elements woven together purposefully in the painting  are worthy of scrutiny.

space-tAs we go from the left of the painting with the best of the cat goddess of happiness, animals from the earthly representatives of God in the pantheon of Egyptian mythology, when a cat died Egyptians would shave their eyebrows in mourning.

Along that same side we see Setis earrings, a gold pendant, the scarab and the sacred baboons. The scarab is  the symbol of the sun God. Egyptians were familiar with the site of the beetle rolling a ball on the ground, this action suggested to them that the invisible power which rolled the sun daily across the sky could be represented pictorrialy as a scarab.

The mirror symbolic of the reflection of one’s self on the handle is a representation of the goddess Hathor interpreted as the horn cow goddess of love, happiness, dance and music. Also on the right we see the gold Lotus cup.

Ices which is depicted on the wall mural and wife Osiris looking across at the column which depicts her son Horis.

Aunk is the symbol for eternal all pervading life movement of time and space.  Adorning the Ankh is a little scarab with the sun disk. The hand is a multidimensional in or out of separate realities kind of symbol.

The gold statue of Sauquett, is a goddess associated with childbirth, nursing, control of magic and healing.  The scorpion symbol on her head represents the potential to heal.  A Crocodile named Sobeck wearing ram horns and Maat’s ostrich plumes, which is showing sobecks link with the order.

The crocodile is one of the most feared ferocious animals the Egyptians had to contend with, they mummified many of them which I saw in Egypt.

Alabaster vase with the eternal flame symbol for spiritual strength necessary to conquer lower nature and gain the secret of life eternal.

In the distance I see three pyramids from front to back: the largest is Khufu pyramid, Khafre, and Menkaure. A gold mummy of King Tutankhamen, a human spinx represents big bridge between higher worlds in underworlds rising through the medium of water.

The mummies crown features Nekhbt the vulture goddess and the cobra representing kundalini rising in the Chakras among others. The mummy is holding the Krook and flail, one of the symbols held by Egyptian Kings in coronation ceremonies, in the emblems of the goal of the God Osiris additionally represented in the underworld.

The torch bearers or tomb robbers are fervently searching for treasure even though there are jewels and artifacts all around.

At the bottom we see a statue of Osiris and across from him is Anubus who is the Jackle headed God of mummification. A shadow is emerging out of the light doorway which is the shadow of the Pharaoh as he enters the underworld. The whole bottom area being a representation of the so-called underworld.

And below the underworld is a representation of the exploration of what we saw: yet another earlier and older civilization in Abidos, Egypt where we viewed a much older temple 50 feet down under the sand now uncovered, for the whole world to see.

Portal of Hunab-Ku

PortalOfHunabKu

space-tHunab Ku (Mayan) The One Giver of Movement and Measure. The principle of life. An all-pervading conscious energy that manifests the rhythm and form of our universe.

Portal – Mystic Doorway

Deep beneath the sea a light pulses and emanates the life force of a benevolent consciousness. Dolphins and a myriad of sea life bask in its creative energies streaming forth from Mayan pyramid ruins. They rejoice in their connection with this ancient intelligence.
The Mayan mythology of creation speaks of Kuxan Suum (Kooshon Soom) a pathway of cosmic resonance to the sky. It travels through the sun, going past our galaxy and to the center of our universe, to the source of all movement and measure, to Hunab Ku.

In the early 70’s, I traveled extensively through Mexico, focusing on the Yucatan pyramid sites.
Visiting Palenque, I climbed to the top of the Temple of the Inscriptions, walked into the pyramid, found the open door with descending stairs. Dank and dark, I came upon archeologists working at the bottom of the chamber. It was the Tomb of Pacal Votan, a great leader in the Mayan’s ancient past.

Through my contact with Jose Arguelles and all he shared of his creative research, I offer special thanks. Jose brought the life-changing awareness to our modern culture that “Time is not money. Time is Art.”

AQUEOUS ATLANTIS

Nearly three months in the making, “AQUEOUS ATLANTIS” by Andrew Annenberg is a masterful work that portrays the ancient civilization of Atlantis, covered by the silent depths of the ocean. The aqueous ruins are now a gathering place for the dolphins. They circle images of themselves portrayed lovingly by the Atlanteans in a mosaic floor and swim toward the light energy emitted from a gold-capped pyramid.

As we look closer, drawn in toward the light, we are there, aware of a powerful presence.

Andrew Annenberg’s work has been described as visionary realism. His meticulous rendering of details enables one to travel on a journey into the painting’s world. “AQUEOUS ATLANTIS” is a shining example of the transformative power of Annenberg’s art.

Months of travel, exploring sites of ancient civilizations, especially those of Italy and Greece, as well as extensive research in mythology and archeology, enable Mr. Annenberg to create ‘visions’ of great integrity. Nothing seems out of place or unusual, although nothing is ‘real’.

The painting was inspired by many experiences, the trance readings of Edgar Cayce, visiting ruins of a dolphin mosaic floor from an ancient private home called “House of the Dolphins” on the island of Delos, Greece…visits to the numerous sites of pillars still standing long after the buildings they supported have crumbled…sharing the ocean depths swimming with dolphins surrounded by coral reefs…and mysterious stories from divers, such as Dr. Ray Brown.

Such is the stuff of inspiration. Annenberg had intended for the pillars of Atlantis to reside amidst underseas mountains. With the watery void on canvas – pillars and mosaic and dolphins in place – a pyramid came into his vision. A long-forgotten memory of a fantastic story took shape, Atlantis was discovered.
